Today we had the enrollment apt at CRS. Good thing we left early, we got lost... I had never been in a hospital that was soo HUGE. and that was only building 224 that we got lost in :) So we get to the CRS building, only had to wait a few minutes until we met with the financial director. After I signed papers there went up stairs and waited for nurse Johnson. that was a while. She weighed Kaden 17lbs 27inchs head 44cm. Big boy ;) Signed some more papers and she moved Kadens apt up to August instead of Dec. which is a little better would prefer it to be next month but... So August 25th will be his new patient apt, the plastic surgeon will look at his mouth, and go over what he will do in surgery. Going to call the place where I have the apt in Nov to see if they can get it sooner so then I dont have to come back from Oregon so soon. i want to be able to see everyone & the new addition :) She better come on time... no sooner and not much later! i want to spend lots of time with her. Well, I haven't been up with this... Last night i tried to update but it wasn't letting me :( So here i am this morning doing it before Kaden gets mad that i'm not paying attention to him :) Well not a bunch has been going on here. I finally got a letter from Childrens Rehabilitaion Services, we have a Nurse Assesment apt on Tuesday at 9 in the morning. On the letter they sent they already schedualed apts. But i'm not happy with them because they are all new patient apts, one is in sept, then Nov, and then we meet the plastic surgeon in dec. He will be 10 going on 11 months old by then. He should have had his first surgery by now! He will be 5 months old in 4 days. I'm so mad that i ever moved here, i moved here so it would be better for Kaden well it's not its worse! He is 2 months behind on his shots too. On the 9th Kaden woke up with a bloody nose, i freaked out so i called his doctors office since we hadn't been seen there yet they couldn't tell me anything over the phone so we went in that afternoon. Ended up he had an ear infection in his right ear. I didnt have any clue though because he was normal. So we went back on the 24th and met his new doc Dr. Irwin, he was awesome! Still miss Dr. Conway though. His ear infection is all gone, some fluid in the left ear, wrote me a prescription in case he gets a runny nose. Kaden weighed in at 17lbs. He has well baby apt on July 21st. Still isn't on solids he's not interested in them. I fed him green beans he really liked thoughs, no bannanas though. So i might have a veggie boy on my hands :) Not rolling over on a regular basis, wants to sit up all of the time, but of course not by self. He is standing more now too, instead of just stand for a sec and flop donwn. Well now i'm off to add pictures....

Well my lil man is 4 months old. I can't believe it! I love him more & more everyday. He brightens my day always. Kaden is holding his head up so well now. I bought him a turtle that is inflatable & has water in it. So its like a play mat. The first day he had it he would just lay his head down on it. Probably felt nice & cool. Then he realized what your supposed to do so now he looks at it, also has little foam cut outs of fish, duckies and lili pads. so he tries to "catch" them. We officially started rice cereal on the 1st. he has that for dinner every night & a veggie. He seems to like carrots and peas so far. in a few weeks we will add it for breakfast w/a fruit. for Memorial day we went to the movies saw Shrek 2. When we first sat down he was watching the screen, then got a little fussy so i fed him, passed out. As soon as the previews came on he woke up because they were so loud! Watched for a while then ate, went back to sleep. Tuesday we went swimming & then i bought him a new stroller, much better than his other one. This one i can use as a travel system too. and it has a bug screen on it so when we walk at night the little bugs don't get him. its nice & big for his Long meetings with the Cleft Team that should be coming up. I need to call on monday. I got his new doctor all in gear, his next apt is July 17th. woo hoo. well that is all for now, its time for me to go to bed.
